Our Cancellation Policy becomes more flexible – Focused as we are to provide our guests with flexibility during those challenging times, we update our existing cancellation policies, not only for those of you have already booked your stay with us, but also for all guests who will make a future reservation in any of the Secret Hotels.

Important Information: As per Greek government’s decision, no refund will be made but instead a voucher will be issued, which can be used for a new stay within 18 months from the date of your cancellation. Please note that our hotels operate on seasonal basis from beginning of April till the end of October.
